Maison Siena Bee (“the House”, “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what limited information may be processed when you visit this website.

Who we are

Siena Bee is an independent editorial project founded by Silvana Macedo, based in Brazil. Contact: hello@sienabee.com.

What we collect

At present the site is largely static. We do not operate a private user account system. Depending on hosting and future tools, the following may occur:

• Standard server or CDN logs (IP address, user-agent, timestamps) managed by GitHub Pages or a future host;
• Optional analytics, if Silvana enables them later (documented in project status);
• Messages you voluntarily send by email;
• Cookies strictly necessary for hosting, or additional cookies only after a clearer cookie notice if advertising/analytics are added.

LGPD (Brazil)

Where Brazilian law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados — LGPD) applies, we aim to process personal data lawfully, for legitimate purposes related to operating and improving this editorial house, answering correspondence, and—only if enabled—measuring readership or displaying advertising. You may request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Advertising (when enabled)

Google AdSense is not active on this site yet. Reserved layout slots exist for a future discreet placement. When Silvana enables AdSense with a real publisher ID, Google may process data (including cookies or similar technologies) to deliver and measure ads under Google’s policies. This page and the Cookie Policy will be updated to state that advertising is active. Until then, no AdSense scripts or publisher IDs are loaded. See project docs for the enable checklist.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Hosting providers, email providers, and (if enabled) analytics or advertising partners (including Google, if AdSense is turned on) process data under their own terms. Affiliate clicks (e.g. Amazon) are governed by those programmes’ disclosures.

Retention

Email correspondence is kept only as long as useful for the conversation or legal obligations. Logs follow the host’s retention defaults unless otherwise configured.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13. Please do not send personal data of minors.

Changes

We may update this page as the site evolves. The date below will change when material revisions occur.
